Shipping / Tracking
Shipping is $15 on all orders within Australia with Australia Post.
Shipping rates are calculated based on location for all international orders. Please contact us if you have any queries.
VERNER will ship your order within 2 - 5 business days of your order confirmation. VERNER will send a confirmation email with tracking details upon shipment. If you have any issues with receiving your order, please contact us.
Returns / Exchanges
Unfortunately, VERNER does not accept returns for refund. Verner allows returns for exchange and/or store credit on full price merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
Please note, sale items are final sale and can not be returned.
All exchanges are final and cannot be returned or exchanged further.
Returned items must be in the original condition they were received: unworn, unwashed, with tags.
To organise a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. VERNER will confirm the return and notify you of next steps.
Costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. To ensure your return arrives at VERNER HQ, we recommend using registered post with tracking.
Store credit is applied to the email account used during purchase and cannot be transferred to another customer.
Pre-order shipping times are an estimation only and are subject to change. We will always endeavour to keep you informed with relation to updates or changes in shipping times.
VERNER reserves the right to cancel and refund any order on items that are sold out or no longer available. We will always endeavour to find a replacement or solution prior to cancellation.
