Returns/Exchange
- Verner does not accept returns for refund.
- Verner allows returns for exchange and/or store credit on full price merchandise within 10 days of delivery.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale.
- Hats and accessories are final sale.
- International orders (outside Australia) are final sale.
- All exchanges are final and cannot be returned or exchanged further.
- Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, with receipt, tags and/or boxes. 
- Returns must be agreed upon with Verner or they will not be accepted. Please contact us for a return authorization before returning any merchandise.
- Store credits are valid for six months from issue date unless otherwise specified.
- Clients are responsible for return shipping costs.
